ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION
Account & Subscriptions
Handle registration, subscription refreshes, device changes and client platform issues. Complete account actions in the user dashboard; do not share subscription details through public pages.
What do I need to register for UJVPN?
No email address is required to register. Set a username and password to complete the process. Choose a plan in the user dashboard after registration, then download the client for your platform from the download section. Manage subscription details and plan status in the user dashboard; there is no need to enter account information on a marketing page.
How do I refresh the client after updating my subscription link?
First, open the user dashboard and confirm that your plan is still active. Then find the UJVPN subscription in the client's subscription manager and update it. Do not create multiple subscriptions with the same name before refreshing, as this can make route selection confusing. If the list does not change, delete the client's old cache, retrieve the subscription again from the user dashboard, and import it. Obtain subscription content through the dashboard and do not share the link publicly.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
No separate purchase is required when you change devices. UJVPN supports unlimited devices, so you can use the same account's active subscription on your own Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices. When switching devices, download the client for the current system from the user dashboard and import the subscription again. When an old device is no longer in use, delete the subscription information saved on it.
Which systems support UJVPN?
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are currently supported. Client downloads are available in the user dashboard after you sign in, with options based on your current system. Permission prompts and import locations vary by system, but the process is the same: install the client, import the subscription, update the route list, choose a route and check the connection status. Do not download installation files or subscription configurations from unknown pages.
CONNECTION / DIAGNOSTICS
Connections & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot connection issues in this order: status, subscription, permissions, split-tunneling and network environment. Change only one condition at a time to identify which layer is causing the issue.
The client says the connection failed. What should I check first?
First confirm your plan status and remaining traffic, then update the subscription and test another route. Next, check that the system clock is correct, the client has the required network permissions, and no other tool is currently taking over network traffic. If switching routes restores the connection, the original route was likely unsuitable for the current network at that time. If every route fails, restart the client and submit a ticket through the user dashboard with your system name, the client message and the troubleshooting steps already completed.
Why does the browser connect while a particular app cannot use the proxy?
This is usually related to the client's split-tunneling mode, system network permissions or the app's own connection method. Fully quit the target app, confirm that the client has taken over system traffic, and check whether the split-tunneling rules sent the target domain or process to a direct connection. Reconnect after adjusting the rules, then launch the app again. If the browser and other apps work normally, focus on the target app's cache, region settings and client routing records instead of repeatedly installing multiple clients.
Why are routes still missing after the subscription was updated?
First verify that you imported the subscription currently provided by the user dashboard rather than an older saved copy. If the client contains multiple subscriptions with the same name, keep the one with a clear source that refreshes normally and avoid selecting an outdated configuration. Then check that the plan is active and traffic is available, and perform a full subscription update. If the client reports a parsing error, delete the subscription and import it again from the user dashboard. If the issue persists, include the error message and system in a support ticket.
What should I do if the connection stops working after switching networks?
Routing and network policies can differ between access networks, so a route that worked before may no longer be suitable. After switching networks, disconnect the client, update the subscription, and test another region or route type. If the system has retained an old network state, close and reopen the client so it can establish a fresh connection. Public networks may also require browser-based access confirmation first. Make sure regular web pages open normally before launching UJVPN.
SPEED / ROUTING
Speed & Routes
Speed is not determined by the exit alone. The local network, target service region, split-tunneling rules and background tasks all affect the actual experience, so verify each factor separately during troubleshooting.
How can I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours more effectively?
First determine whether the issue is with the local access network or the international route. Pause bandwidth-heavy downloads and sync tasks, check whether the local network is stable without the accelerated connection, then update the subscription and try other routes in the same region one by one. If none work well, switch to another nearby exit region. When watching Streaming services, reduce concurrent downloads so route changes, quality changes and local network fluctuations are not mistaken for one another.
Should I choose a route by region, type or use case?
For everyday browsing, start with a geographically nearby region. For cross-border work, prioritize the target service's region and connection continuity. Streaming and AI Tools may evaluate the exit region, connection stability and their own service rules, so one route may not suit every use case. Identify the target service first, then test nearby regions. Once the connection is stable, keep using it instead of frequently switching exit regions.
How broad is UJVPN's route coverage?
UJVPN covers 100+ countries / 180+ routes. These figures indicate the range of available regions and routes; in practice, choose based on your current access network, the target service's region and your specific use case. The route page shows regions, cities and route types. For temporary connection issues, update the subscription first and check the currently available routes in the client rather than relying on a local list that has not been refreshed for a long time.
How can I determine why Streaming or AI Tools are not working?
First confirm that regular web pages open normally through the current route, then check the target service's account status, region settings and client split-tunneling. If only one service is affected, switch to a route better matched to its region and reconnect after fully quitting the app. In a browser, you can also clear the site's saved cache and location data. Availability is also affected by the target platform's own rules, so check network connectivity, exit region and account status separately.
BILLING / REFUND
Billing & Refunds
Monthly plans and traffic packages use different traffic rules. Before choosing, determine whether your usage is continuous, then check the tier, reset method, payment record and refund entry point.
What monthly plans are available, and when does traffic reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date rather than being cleared on the first day of each calendar month. Use the activation date and plan status shown in the user dashboard to confirm the billing period. If your usage varies widely, review actual consumption before changing plans instead of judging long-term needs from one short download or viewing session.
How does a mid-cycle upgrade to a monthly plan work?
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days. Before upgrading, verify the current plan, remaining period and target tier in the user dashboard, then confirm the change. If you only need more traffic temporarily, compare a traffic package as well, but note that the rules differ: monthly-plan traffic resets each month on the activation date, while traffic packages are deducted based on actual use. Refer to the user dashboard for your account status.
What traffic packages are available, and do they expire?
Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit users whose usage is irregular and who prefer to manage traffic based on actual consumption. Compare them separately from the monthly plan's reset rules: monthly-plan traffic resets on the activation date each month, while traffic packages do not reset monthly. Check purchases and remaining traffic in the user dashboard.
Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with the relevant order and refund request. Check the processing status through the ticket as well. Before submitting, verify the plan status, payment record and actual usage to avoid selecting the wrong order. The refund policy page governs the applicable rules; this Help Center only explains the request entry point and general process.
